If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days upon receiving your order to return it for a full refund (not including the shipping and handling fee). We do not offer exchanges at this time.
***Please note eyelashes are not refundable. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it for you.***
To request a refund, please email email@example.com to obtain authorization. In the body of your email, please be sure to include your full name and order number. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date the item is delivered to us for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will be notified via the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. All refunds will be issued in the form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please be advised that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-5 business days). In the event the original form of payment is not accessible or no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
