Most of our products are vegan, unless otherwise stated.
Are Dulce Luxe Beauty products cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our products are cruelty-free. We are very strict about working with manufacturers who do not test on animals.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards through PayPal. A PayPal account is not needed to process an order. Please confirm delivery address when paying through PayPal.
Does Dulce Luxe Beauty offer a PRO discount?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer a PRO discount.
When will you restock products that are sold out and how will I find out?
We encourage everyone to sign up for our newsletter to be notified of any restocks and new products. Line updates and restocks will also be announced via our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter).
How many items can I order per month?
There is a limit of 2 PER item (or shade). We have implemented a system that will block any orders that contain more than the allowed quantity for a product. This will allow us to ensure everyone is able to enjoy our products.
Will I get an order confirmation?
When an order is successfully placed, an email order confirmation will be sent to you. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us to confirm the order.
How do I know if my order has shipped and how can I track my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click this number to track your order within 24 hours.
